The conviction and sentencing of Richmond underscore a thorough and intricate investigation by the Tualatin Police Department. As part of the official statement following the sentencing on May 12, the Washington County DA’s Office praised the diligence and detail-oriented work of the law enforcement officials involved. Richmond, who faces a strict prohibition from firearms ownership due to his felon status, will begin his sentence at the Oregon Department of Corrections.
