
A fight broke out in the food court of the Galleria Mall in Roseville on April 27. Nine juveniles were arrested and charged with robbery and assault. Investigators reviewed security footage, witness videos, and social media uploads to identify those responsible. According to the City of Roseville on their Facebook page, Roseville School Officers and Galleria Mall Security investigated an incident at the Galleria Mall. The police said it was not just "kids being kids" and warned of consequences for disruptive behavior. Local officials will work with schools and community programs to prevent future incidents. The police coordinated with the Placer County District Attorney’s office for accountability.
