He mentioned he was taking part in a "TikTok challenge" and aimed to assist "some girls that were in trouble." Adding to the concern, WISN reports that Allan's last known location was pinpointed in Chilton at around 8:20 p.m. yesterday. His absence from home is termed "extremely abnormal" by family members, and the police have raised the possibility that Allan may be experiencing a "mental break."
