Quantities of seized substances included 70 grams of crack cocaine, 23 grams of methamphetamine, and an assortment of prescription drugs, along with 4 firearms, as informed by Constable Herman's team. "Stephanie James was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
