The Orange Park Police Department has escalated its efforts in seeking information from the public on the whereabouts of two missing teenagers, 16-year-old Tayshawn Dennis and his companion, whose details remain scant. Dennis was reported missing last Friday, after he was last seen early that morning departing from his home at the St. John’s Pointe Apartments, located at 141 Old Orange Park Road, as News4JAX reported.
The urgency in locating the teenagers has mounted, with a focal point being on Clay County, where they were both residents. Information about Dennis's appearance was circulated by the police on social media. As for the fellow missing teen only known by the surname Persinger, little is accessible including a photo, according to a report by First Coast News.
In an appeal to the public, officials have reiterated the importance of any information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, to help trace the missing adolescents. People with any knowledge on Dennis or the Persinger are being urged to contact the Orange Park Police Department.
