Earlier this morning, a shooting at the Executive Inn in Southwest Baltimore resulted in a 43-year-old man suffering serious injuries. According to FOX Baltimore, Baltimore police received reports of the incident at around 6:45 a.m. in the 3600 block of Pulaski Highway. On arrival, the victim was found with gunshot wounds and immediately taken to a nearby hospital.
Further details about the shooting were corroborated by Baltimore Witness, which confirmed the victim's transportation to the hospital and the arrest made at the Executive Inn location. The condition of the victim remains serious, and the Baltimore Police Department has yet to release additional information regarding the motive or circumstances leading up to the shooting.
A person of interest connected to the shooting was arrested on-site, with Baltimore police taking them into custody.
