Puga, described as having black hair and brown eyes, was last seen at 8 a.m. last Sunday on the 1400 block of East Van Buren Street in Brownsville. His attire at the time consisted of a blue shirt with khaki pants, a brown belt, and gray and blue tennis shoes.
In an effort to rapidly locate Puga, the Brownsville Police Department is urging anyone to immediately call 911 if they see him. In a similar vein, the Sachse community is seeking Richard Pivonka, a 70-year-old white male who went missing last Friday, according to a report by The Statesman. Described as having white hair and blue eyes, Pivonka's last known details associate him with a blue 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, bearing Texas license plate JDC0286.
