A suspect has been arrested in connection with a burglary that took place on April 23, where approximately $11,000 worth of equipment was stolen from a business in the unincorporated area of Horsethief Canyon. Riverside County Sheriff's deputies identified 39-year-old Jenna Bologna as the suspect following an investigation by the Lake Mathews Station Special Enforcement Team.

According to a statement from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, the incident was first reported when deputies responded to the 14000 block of Temescal Canyon Road at 3:11 p.m. Through investigative leads, the deputies pinned the theft on Bologna, a resident of the locale where the crime occurred.

The breakthrough came when, on May 7, authorities served a search warrant at Bologna's residence on the 29000 block of Cow Canyon Road with help from the Riverside Auto Interdiction Detail. Bologna was apprehended without incident, and during the search, deputies recovered the stolen property. She was subsequently booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center, facing burglary charges.

This burglary case is still under active investigation, with the Sheriff's Department encouraging anyone with information to reach out to Deputy Arnold at (951) 272-5600.
