
The Stockton Police Department announced the arrest of 38-year-old Adam Lopez in connection with the homicide of 27-year-old Leanalea “LaLa” Leanos. Leanos was reported missing in November of last year, and her remains were later found, leading to the investigation being reclassified as a homicide case, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
The Stockton Police Department announced that after a thorough investigation, they identified Lopez as the suspect in the death of Leanos. On Tuesday, Lopez was arrested with the help of the U.S. Marshal Task Force and booked into San Joaquin County Jail. He is facing charges related to Leanos' death. The investigation is still ongoing.
According to the Stockton Police Department on their Facebook page, detectives have identified Lopez as a prime suspect in the investigation, but details of the evidence have not been released.
