Yesterday, a male suspect involved in a prior robbery was arrested by deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office after a disturbance at an Exxon Gas Station located in the 4500 block of FM 1960 Rd West. According to a social media post from the Constable's office, deputies responded to the incident which escalated when the male assaulted another individual and then fled the scene.
The pursuit led to the identification of the suspect, Henry Gibson, who continued to resist by not following verbal commands given by the constable deputies. A brief struggle occurred before Gibson was taken into custody. In addition to the existing robbery warrant, Gibson now faces additional charges of assault and resisting arrest.
"Henry Giron was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the open warrant and charged with Assault and Resist Arrest. His bond for the new charges was set at $4,000.00 out of County Court 9," stated Constable Mark Herman's office.
