It was nearly two and a half months later, on Wednesday, when one of the individuals suspected of involvement in the crime dramatically decided to turn himself in to the authorities. Eighteen-year-old Juaque Hill, hailing from Silver Spring, MD, has been apprehended and stands charged with Robbery following the issuance of a DC Superior Court Arrest Warrant, as reported by the Metropolitan Police Department.
