The city of Tacoma is calling upon its residents to bring forth their voice in the shaping of their community. An announcement published on the city's website reveals that on June 3rd, during a City Council meeting slated to start at 5:15 p.m., Tacoma will hold a public hearing on the proposed changes to the One Tacoma Comprehensive Plan and the Land Use Regulatory Code.
Tacoma residents and stakeholders are invited to join the meeting either in person or virtually, in a hybrid format accommodating both platforms for attendance. For those unable to make their voices heard live, written comments are being accepted via email to [email protected] or by mail, and must arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 2 at the city clerk's office, the address being 733 Market Street, Room 11.
