
The Reed Avenue off-ramp from eastbound I-80 will be closed for 55 hours starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, and ending at 4 a.m. on June 2. The closure is part of the I-80/US 50 Pavement Rehabilitation Project. Drivers should use alternate routes, according to the City of West Sacramento.
Eastbound U.S. Highway 50 will be fully closed for 79 hours starting at 9 p.m. on June 13, and ending at 4 a.m. on June 17. The closure will be between the I-80/US-50 split and Jefferson Boulevard. Detours will be in place. Drivers should expect delays, especially on June 16 near the Oakland A’s game, as reported by the City of West Sacramento.
On June 16, fans traveling to Sutter Health Park from eastbound I-80 will need to use a detour due to road closures. Caltrans advises staying on I-80, then taking southbound I-5 and westbound US-50 to reach the ballpark.
