
Milwaukee and Glendale saw a violent weekend with two separate shootings resulting in the deaths of two men, local authorities report. The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating an early Sunday morning incident where a 34-year-old was fatally shot around 4:15 a.m. near 31st and Burleigh streets; the man was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene, details WISN.
In a separate instance Sunday evening around 7:50 p.m., Glendale police responded to a shooting near N. Iroquois Avenue and W. Richter Place and found a 31-year-old man dead at the scene. According to TMJ4, a 34-year-old Glendale resident has been arrested in connection with the murder.

In contrast, the Glendale incident led to swift action by the authorities with an individual in custody who they believe acted in isolation ensuring no further threat to the public, says a statement obtained by local news outlet WTMJ.
