One woman's encounter, striking and sudden, unfolded just as the clock neared 1 a.m., when a large white projectile suddenly impacted her windshield, inducing a spider web of cracks; this was not the night's sole event, another motorist recounted an almost simultaneous occurrence, believing their vehicle's roof had become the target of Styrofoam cups filled with unidentified liquid though in this instance, fortunately, no damage ensued. Police have scoured the vicinity, but as of yet, no suspects have surfaced.
