It's that time of year again when dads of White Settlement are called upon to channel their inner child, alongside their children. White Settlement Community Services took to social media to remind the community of the upcoming annual Father's Day LEGO Block Party. The library announced the event set for Thursday, June 5 at 4:30 pm, promising a day filled with imaginative play and family bonding, as per the White Settlement Community Services.
The event, which falls exactly one week before Father's Day, is designed for dads, grandfathers, and kids to come together over the universal language of building blocks. "Join us for a day of creativity and family fun as fathers, grandfathers, and children come together to build unforgettable memories," the White Settlement Community Services reads. Whether it's with LEGOs or other building toys, the day is guaranteed to be packed with activities that encourage creative expression, and yes, refreshments will be there to keep the builders going.
And it's not just about building for the sake of fun. This community event stands as an opportunity to strengthen family ties and create lasting memories, which is perhaps the most significant structure being built amidst the sea of colorful bricks. A photo booth will be available for families to capture these special moments, because in the end, it's the shared experiences that turn out to be the most robust constructions.
