It was a busy week for the Wright County Sheriff's Office, with numerous arrests made for a variety of charges ranging from domestic assault to controlled substance violations. Jordan Stevens Faust, 37, of St Michael, found himself in handcuffs on May 5th, facing a charge related to violating a Domestic Abuse Order for Protection. The same day, Alec James Loehrer, 26, of Sauk Rapids, was arrested in Clearwater on a charge of theft, according to a recent report by the Wright County Sheriff's Office.
May 6th saw the arrest of Mistie Harmony Demarre, 33, of St Cloud, in Benton County on a theft warrant. A notable arrest on May 7th included Cheyenne Rose Blake, 30, of Montrose, who now faces charges of 5th Degree Controlled Substance and Financial Card Fraud. The preceding days seemed not to slow down for the deputies, with May 8th bringing in Frederick Leroy Crandall III, 53, of Montrose, who has been charged with being a convicted felon illegally in possession of a firearm and reckless discharge of said firearm.
The list continued to grow as the week progressed, with Jose Cesar Macias Arroyo, 39, of Albertville, joining the roster on May 11th for domestic assault among other charges. The same day, Riley Jo Weckwerth, 26, of St Cloud was detained in Howard Lake on a controlled substance charge and theft warrant. Aside from individual arrests, the Sheriff's Office also reported a total of 21 Property Damage Accidents, 7 Personal Injury Accidents, 7 Hit and Run Accidents, and 9 Car Deer Accidents for that period.
Traffic violations were plentiful, with 8 DWIs and 17 School Bus Stop Arm Violations standing out among the 123 miscellaneous traffic tickets issued this week. The concerted efforts by law enforcement to actively pursue these myriad infringements reflect an ongoing commitment to uphold the law and ensure the safety of the county's residents. The eclectic range of charges exhibited within this period underscores the diverse array of challenges that law enforcement officials are routinely confronted with in their daily responsibilities.
