The Los Angeles Fire Department reported that at 10:17 a.m. a vehicle had struck a parked moving truck in the 4000 block of N Woodman Avenue. There were two other passengers in the vehicle, a woman and a 10-year-old boy, who were quickly transported to a nearby hospital following standard procedures in the event of a traffic fatality.
