
An 18-year-old man named Martin Tullis III has been charged in association with the fatal shooting of Logan Snyder, a 16-year-old high school student, which took place last year in South County, as per a release from the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the incident occurred on the evening of November 14, 2024, according to a First Alert 4 report.
Tullis faces charges including first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and attempted robbery with a $1 million cash-only bond set for his detainment, the consequences of a tragedy which unfolded near the intersection of Regina and Horn avenues in St. Louis County's Lemay neighborhood where police found Snyder with multiple gunshot wounds at about 4:55 p.m., in a time frame a significantly brief period that saw his life taken and his pockets rifled through by the accused and an accomplice as reported by KSDK.
Hancock Place School District confirmed that Snyder was a student under their supervision and recognized the severity of the event, deploying a Crisis Intervention Team and offering counseling services to students, parents, and school personnel who might be affected by the loss while a community-driven GoFundMe was established by Snyder’s family to assist with funeral costs, as showcased by First Alert 4.
