Gunfire erupted in the Brooklyn neighborhood of South Baltimore, leaving a young man wounded. According to FOX Baltimore, the incident occurred around 6:50 p.m. on the 4300 block of 5th Street, where officers discovered a 21-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the back.
The Baltimore Witness reported that the man was swiftly transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Southern District shooting detectives have since taken the lead on the investigation, canvassing the area for information and appealing to any witnesses to come forward.
