On March 25, two armed men committed a robbery at a donut shop on the 6400 block of Martin Luther King in South Houston. The suspects threatened employees and took money from the store. The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division is asking the public for help in locating the suspects, according to the Houston Police Robbery Division.
Suspects described as males between 17 and 25 years old, approximately 5’6” to 5’10” tall and weighing 155 to 175 pounds, wearing black jackets and black pants, entered the premises and jumped over the counter. Armed with guns, they took cash from the registers and left the scene in an unknown direction, as reported by the Houston Police Robbery Division.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about a recent daylight robbery to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest or charges. Tipsters can remain anonymous and can call 713-222-TIPS (8477), use the Crime Stoppers website, or the mobile app, as stated by the Houston Police Robbery Division.
