Bellevue's Family 4th event will take place on July 4 from 5 to 10:30 p.m. at Downtown Park, 10201 NE Fourth St. Organized by The Bellevue Collection, the City of Bellevue, and the Bellevue Downtown Association, the event will feature live music, family activities, and a fireworks show set to a performance by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra starting at 10:05 p.m.

According to the City of Bellevue, music begins at 5 p.m. with MiSSMANAGED performing at the Amazon Entertainment Plaza, followed by The Nines! at 7 p.m. Families can enjoy yard games, hula hoop lessons, and browse merchandise vendors. Water refills will be available from Bellevue Utilities' Quench Buggy.

The program includes the Pledge of Allegiance led by the City Council and the national anthem performed by the Bellevue Chamber Chorus. Food and beverage vendors will open at 5 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to use public transportation, walk, or bike. The Bellevue Transit Center offers access, and light rail service will run until 11:30 p.m. Travel tips and street closure details will be available by Monday next week at Traffic Advisories.

Fireworks are not allowed in Bellevue and are prohibited on park grounds. Fire Prevention Officers will be present on July 4 to enforce this rule. Violations can be reported through the MyBellevue app.

Dogs must be leashed and are not permitted in the Amazon Entertainment Plaza seating area. Small tents and canopies are allowed in the park but must be removed by 8 p.m.
