On May 17 at around 7:20 a.m., an individual managed to gain entry to a commercial building situated at 1045 Coney Island Avenue. The entrance seemed to be a door left unlocked and accessible.
The intruder entered the closed establishment and removed property valued at approximately $4,300, including clothing, electronics, and perfumes. The suspect then exited through the building’s rear door and left eastbound on Foster Avenue toward Newkirk Plaza.
Authorities continue to search for the suspect and are asking the public for help. In a social media post, NYPD Crimestoppers shared details of the incident and urged anyone with information to come forward. The post states, "Have any information?
