Adkins was reportedly last seen near the 1700 block of Clark Ave. in Cleveland. According to a social media post from Cleveland Police District 2, which provided the call for assistance, Christopher's description includes an Aeropostale sky blue polo shirt, light blue jeans, and sneakers—black and white Nikes.
Notably, Christopher faces additional challenges that underscore the urgency of his situation—he relies on crutches for mobility and is missing his right leg.
