
The Columbus Division of Police have confirmed the arrest of Joshua Norfleet in connection with the murder of Jehad Alzaben. On the night of May 25, authorities arrived on the scene at the 1600 block of E. Livingston Ave. after reports of a shooting. Alzaben, aged 47, was found with gunshot wounds and later pronounced dead in a local hospital.
Investigative efforts by Columbus Police led to the issuance of an arrest warrant for the 21-year-old suspect, Norfleet, who was subsequently taken into custody on Thursday in Coshocton County, the Columbus Division of Police detailed in a social media post. Although an arrest has been made, the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Alzaben's death is still active.
