Columbus Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect linked to a vehicle theft that occurred on June 14. According to a social media post made by the Columbus Division of Police, the incident took place at around 6:54 p.m. when a red 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 was reported stolen from a residence in the 5800 block of Half Moon Ln.
A witness who observed the theft followed the suspect and saw the stolen vehicle crash into a residence located at the 800 block of Westbury Ln. S. The suspect then fled the crash scene on foot. This incident is hoping to gather information that could lead to the identification of the individual involved.
