The Corporations and Charities Division of the Washington Secretary of State’s Office is relocating to a new address in Tumwater. Beginning on Wednesday, in-person services will be available at 243 Israel Road SE, according to the Washington Secretary of State’s Office official notice.
The current location at the James M. Dolliver Building in Olympia remained open through Friday last week. There will be no in-person services tomorrow and on Tuesday during the move. During this time, customer support by phone, email, or chat will also be unavailable.
Online services will remain operational, allowing users to submit business registrations and annual reports. Full in-person operations will resume on Wednesday at the new Tumwater office. For ongoing updates, visit the Corporations and Charities Division website.
