The Dallas Police Department is currently seeking the public's assistance in tracking down a suspect involved in a deadly hit-and-run incident. According to a report by the Dallas Police Department, the collision happened last Thursday around 10:35 p.m. in the 12300 block of Ravenview Road. Responders found the victim had been hit by a vehicle that had fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
In their efforts to rapidly piece together the events leading to the tragedy, detectives have turned to the community to help swiftly identify the driver responsible. The police have yet to release a description of the suspect or the vehicle, which was last observed heading westbound in the same block where the victim was discovered. Dallas Fire-Rescue teams were quick to arrive at the scene and transported the injured party to a hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries.
