A 28-year-old Detroit man tragically died yesterday after being hit by a semi-truck on Interstate 75, according to Michigan State Police reports. The incident took place near Seven Mile Road, where witnesses saw the victim running in and out of traffic before being struck. The reports detailed a situation that quickly turned grim when the pedestrian entered the left center lane of the freeway at around 6:30 p.m. and was subsequently hit by the oncoming vehicle, as reported by The Detroit News and FOX 2 Detroit.
