In a quick response, taking less than two minutes, deputies apprehended the suspects at the scene of the crime. According to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred on Tuesday, when two male individuals, now identified as Clemente Arrieta, 53, and Luis Wilfredo Chairez, 28, were caught transporting items presumed to be stolen.

Upon arrival at the 14000 block of Montana Avenue, deputies initially observed Arrieta and Chairez entering and exiting the property, a sure sign of trespass. Further into the investigation, detectives from the Sheriff's Office stepped in to aid, and subsequently, a search warrant was executed to fully recover the stolen items and seize the vehicle used to commit the crime. "Both Arrieta and Chairez were charged with Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, and Burglary of Vehicles," stated the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. They are currently held on a $4,500 bond at the El Paso County Detention Facility.
