Badass Human Race Turns Downtown El Paso Into One Giant Obstacle Course
San Jacinto Plaza and nearby streets will host the Badass Human Race on Sunday, May 31, with a 3-mile course, 15 obstacles and a free day party at the finish. Road closures and volunteer crews have been arranged for the busy morning downtown.

Flood Fears Boot Ruidoso Summer Races To Albuquerque For Memorial Day Opener
Ruidoso Downs' 49‑day summer meet will run at The Downs at Albuquerque starting May 22 after a hydrology study found flood risks at the mountain track. Trials kick off over Memorial Day weekend and the All American Futurity remains set for Sept. 7.
