Residents of Ellis County are advised to take note of a proposed replat that could alter the existing configuration of the Grande Casa Ranchitos subdivision. The matter is scheduled for discussion during the upcoming meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners’ Court.
According to a public notice issued by the county, the replat concerns Grande Casa Ranchitos, Second Installment, Tract No. 31. If approved, the measure will divide the existing parcel, approximately 4.335 acres in size, into an additional lot. The tract in question is situated northeast of the intersection of Ridge Creek Road and Rolling Hills Road in Waxahachie and falls within Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.
The Commissioners’ Court will convene to deliberate on the proposal on Tuesday, July 8, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the historic Ellis County Courthouse, located at 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas, on the second floor.
