
On Thursday, deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to a single-vehicle crash on the 3600 block of Apple Hollow Lane. The driver, identified as Steve Cerda, showed signs of intoxication, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported that field sobriety tests were conducted, confirming Cerda was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and charged with a misdemeanor.
"Steve Cerda was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 at County Court 8," according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page. Following the incident, the constable’s office emphasized the importance of community involvement in public safety, encouraging residents to stay informed through social media and by downloading the "C4 NOW" app, which provides real-time updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents.
