
On a recent dispatch in the Harris County area, constables from Precinct 4 encountered Roy Davis, who was found passed out near the 5400 block of Cobble Ln. last Saturday, an incident led to his arrest on drug possession charges.
According to the Facebook post released by Constable Mark Herman's Office, Deputies came upon a male, later identified as Davis, in a state of unconsciousness next to the roadway. The investigation quickly turned up Methamphetamine, leading to Davis facing serious legal repercussions.
As per Constable Mark Herman's Office, "Roy Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $6,500.00 out of the 180th District Court."
