A suspect was detained after he reportedly issued multiple threats of violence against law enforcement officers in Harris County. According to the Facebook page of Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies were called to a disturbance in the 300 block of Spring Stuebner Road last Friday, where they encountered Jose Moncada.
During the upheaval of sorting through the tumultuous scene, it was discovered that Moncada made several threats directed at the deputies amid the investigation. The nature of these threats has not been disclosed in detail. Law enforcement officers at the scene took the threats seriously, and as a result, he was taken into custody. "Jose Moncada was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Terroristic Threat of a Public Servant. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 185th District Court," stated Constable Mark Herman in a Facebook post.
