
A 22-year-old Hickory resident, Patrick Lee Tolbert, is now facing charges related to underage drinking following his arrest by the Catawba County Sheriff's Office. Tolbert was charged with three counts of aiding and abetting a person under 21 years of age by allowing the possession of alcoholic beverages. This arrest is connected to the organization and promotion of a party held at a residence on Walnut Acres Dr., as per the latest social media update from the Sheriff's Office.
The formal announcement, released just before midnight, detailed that Tolbert has received a $10,000 secured bond. As reported by the Catawba County Sheriff's Office, his first appearance in Catawba County District Court is scheduled for July 14. The information regarding the arrest was disseminated by Major Aaron Turk, the Public Information Officer of the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office.
