The City of Janesville has launched a new Summer StoryWalk® at the Robert O. Cook Memorial Arboretum. Visitors can read a story while walking along the trail, according to the City of Janesville.
The City of Janesville Recreation Division announced that the Summer StoryWalk® is now featuring “You are a Part of the Wonder” by Ruth Doyle. The interactive program, created in partnership with Hedberg Public Library and the School District of Janesville, is set along the Jolyn Beeman Trail and supported by a grant from American Family Insurance.
A StoryWalk® is set up in Janesville, placing pages of a children’s book along a walking path for families to read as they walk. The current book will be available until September 22, giving visitors the chance to join throughout the summer, as reported by the City of Janesville.
