A motorcycle accident leaves one man injured after an unexpected encounter with a deer. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office shared details of the incident involving a local Little Falls man that occurred on the evening of June 21st. Paul Wilczek, 42, was riding his motorcycle along 173rd Street near Little Falls, MN, when the collision took place.
Reports provided by the Sheriff's Office indicate that Wilczek was traveling westbound when a deer suddenly appeared in his path. The impact resulted in injuries to Wilczek, necessitating immediate medical attention. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office report states that the Mayo Clinic Ambulance was first to respond, transporting Wilczek to St. Gabriel's Hospital. In a move to provide him with advanced care, he was subsequently airlifted by Life Link III to St. Cloud Hospital.
