Surveillance cameras in proximity to the incident managed to capture the act and a photograph of the suspect has been disseminated by the police department. The MPD urges anyone with information regarding the suspect or the incident to come forward. However, they caution civilians to avoid direct confrontation and instead, notify the authorities.
