On Tuesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on the 13500 block of Spring Cypress Road. The driver, identified as Michael Hughes, was found to have prior convictions, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
During a traffic stop, officers discovered the vehicle was reported stolen, leading to the arrest of Michael Hughes. A statement from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 noted, "Michael Hughes was arrested and booked into the Harris County, charged with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle." According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Hughes was processed and had his bond set at $15,000 by the 351st District Court.
