The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has issued cease-and-desist orders to five illegal online gambling sites operating without state licenses. The sites—BoVegas Casino, BUSR, Cherry Gold Casino, Lucky Legends, and Wager Attack Casino—were found to be violating the Lawful Internet Gaming Act, the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, and the Michigan Penal Code, according to the Michigan Gaming Control Board.

The board has ordered the operators to stop all gaming activities targeting Michigan residents within 14 days. Failure to comply may lead to further legal action in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Attorney General.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board advises residents to report any illegal or suspicious gambling activity through its helpline at 1-888-314-2682 or by email at [email protected]. The board continues to enforce laws to ensure that gambling in Michigan remains safe and regulated.
