Upon realizing he was under police scrutiny, the suspect fled the scene, initiating a pursuit that ended with his capture despite his attempt to elude officers by concealing himself underneath a box truck in an adjacent alley; the officers' attentiveness and swift response were pivotal in making the arrest.
