A south wind is to gently pick up between 5 to 10 mph, bringing a gradual increase in cloud cover as the day unfolds. As evening approaches, the skies are to remain partly cloudy with lows settling around 71 degrees and a southeast wind softly circling at about 5 mph.

The outlook for Thursday includes a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 3 pm and 4 pm, followed by the possibility of showers later in the afternoon. The NWS predicts a sunny start with highs nearing 90 degrees and light winds from the south southwest. The chance of precipitation is placed at a modest 20 percent, inching up to a 10 percent chance of showers before the night falls, which will again bring mostly cloudy conditions and a low in the low 70s.
Friday ramps up the chance for wet weather with an 80 percent probability of showers and potential thunderstorms, particularly post 1 pm, as per the latest updates from the NWS. Temperatures are to remain high, edging towards 89 degrees despite the unsettled weather. Friday night extends this pattern of likely showers and possible thunderstorms before 10 pm, with a 60 percent chance carrying into the early morning hours.
For the weekend, the NWS indicates a consistent chance of rain starting Saturday, with thunderstorms expected to follow post 1 pm. The high is forecasted to be slightly cooler at around 85 degrees, with mainly cloudy conditions throughout the day. By Saturday night, the likelihood of precipitation decreases slightly to a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 am. Skies are too clear, somewhat, as it transitions to partly cloudy with a low around 66 degrees.
Looking ahead to Sunday, there's a fair chance of scattered showers and an encore of thunderstorms in the afternoon. The NWS projects partly sunny skies with a high near 86 degrees and a calm wind, eventually becoming a light southwest breeze. Residents should see similar patterns into the start of the next week, with a 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms on Monday and slightly lower chances as Tuesday rolls in.
