In his remarks, Mayor Eric L. Johnson addressed both outgoing and incoming Council Members, marking the transition and the continuity of leadership. The event, which was free and open to the public, required registration and offered limited parking, including first-come, first-served spaces at the Cathedral Parking Garage. Additional parking could be found at Hall Arts Garage and at street parking nearby.
