The New York Police Department is actively seeking information related to a series of robberies in the Bronx. According to a social media post from NYPD Crimestoppers, these incidents occurred on Wednesday, within the areas covered by the 48 and 49 Precincts. A group of four to five unidentified individuals is reported to have carried out a total of three robberies, each following a similar pattern.
Victims were approached by the suspects who alighted from their vehicles and upon demanding property, assaulted them with multiple punches to the face and body. After forcibly taking the victims' possessions, the assailants fled in their vehicles, disappearing without a trace in an unknown direction.
