
The NYPD is on the lookout for a man connected to a reported assault and robbery that took place earlier this week in the Bronx. According to details shared by NYPD Crimestoppers in a social media post, at around 4:45 a.m. on Monday, a 49-year-old woman was subject to an attack at the East 182-183 train station, located within the 46th Precinct.
The incident began when the victim was approached by an unidentified male who asked to use her cell phone, as per the NYPD's account. Following a heated disagreement, the assailant reportedly kicked the woman multiple times, then forcibly took an undetermined amount of cash, and her cell phone.
The authorities are now seeking assistance from the public to identify and locate the suspect.
