
The New York City Police Department is currently on the lookout for two suspects connected to an armed robbery incident in the Bronx. Specifically, the event in question took place on May 5 at roughly 6:30 PM on Homer Avenue. According to the report shared by NYPD Crimestoppers on Facebook, the victim, a 58-year-old woman, was targetted by these individuals as she was exiting her car near the 2140 address block.
The suspects' modus operandi involved one of the individuals threatening the woman with a firearm the other suspect proceeded to raid her vehicle, making off with credit cards and a valuable collection of jewelry estimated to be worth around $50,000; what followed was a swift escape as they took off eastbound in a silver Jeep SUV along Homer Avenue.
