Peeking ahead at these developments, WSDOT contractors have designs to revitalize a swath of SR 155, including replacing an ageing bridge on SR 155 Spur that spans the Okanogan River. Additionally, a Complete Streets plus paving project near East Omak Elementary is on the docket, focused on refreshing pavement and enhancing bike and pedestrian facilities within the city limits. Construction for these projects is on the calendar for 2026 and 2028, respectively.
