The Columbus Division of Police was dispatched to the scene near the 600 block of Wedgewood Drive, by the Wedgewood Village Apartments, yesterday evening around 8 p.m., following reports of gunfire. 10TV detailed that the victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in a condition described as critical.

Tyvaughn Nelson, aged 29, was arrested in connection with the incident and has been charged with felonious assault, as revealed in a report by NBC4i.
