
A man has been charged with murder in Parma following the fatal shooting of his cousin over the weekend. Dalonte Lamaur White, 27, stands accused of the death of Adrian D’Angelo Webb, also 27, which occurred last Saturday. According to Cleveland19, White was arrested, and a $1 million bond was posted at his arraignment, with a court date set for July 11.
The incident took place near a State Road apartment complex, where police were alerted to a shooting around 11:15 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Webb with multiple gunshot wounds on the sidewalk. Paramedics rushed to administer aid and transported Webb to University Hospitals Parma Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The Cleveland.com reports that the initial court appearance for White was scheduled at the Parma Municipal Court.
As the investigation unfolded on the scene, police quickly narrowed their search to an apartment at 6571 State Road, where they located White. Several firearms were found and recovered by officers inside the apartment, as noted by FOX8 News. The motive behind the shooting has not been revealed, and the circumstances that led to this family tragedy remain under investigation.
